• Translating written materials such as brochures, websites, and promotional materials from Mandarin to English and vice versa.
• Interpreting during meetings, conferences, and events for Englishspeaking guests and clients.
• Providing linguistic support for various departments within the company, including marketing, customer service, and management.
• Assisting with cultural adaptation and localization efforts to ensure effective communication with international audiences.
• Collaborating with colleagues to maintain consistency and accuracy in translations.

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Fluency in both English and Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Proven experience in translation and interpretation, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry.
• Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity, with the ability to bridge linguistic and cultural gaps effectively.
• Attention to detail and the ability to deliver highquality translations under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in translation software and other relevant tools is a plus.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in translation, linguistics, or a related field.
