接下来，需要充分了解学校的信息，即它喜欢什么样的学生、它看中学生的什么能力，然后就要开始构思自己的故事了。第一步，依据学校要求和自身状况给自己一个定位，即我是一个什么样的人、与别人有什么区别，由此来确定文书的主题。第二步，围绕主题，从自己的记忆中挑选可以表现主题的事件，并将它们依据“我做了什么—我是怎么做的—我有哪些收获”罗列出来。第三步，将筛选出来的事件按照一定的逻辑顺序进行排列，文书的基础框架就形成了。03

有了框架之后，文书还要写得“有血有肉”，这也非常考验写作的功力。第一层级，运用简洁的语言将事情叙述清楚，仍然按照“我做了什么—我是怎么做的—我有哪些收获”的逻辑，通过大量的事实和细节来表明自己身上有哪些闪光点。比如在表现自己领导能力的时候，不能罗列一推自己曾经组织过的活动，而要具体写在某个活动中，我是怎么进行人员的安排、然后我遇到了哪些问题、最后我怎样解决了它、得到了什么样的结果、有什么收获。只有这样才会让招生官认为你真正参与了，而不只是一个旁观者。
第二层级：调整文章的结构，此时需要大胆地删除一些“鸡肋”、凸显不出任何特色的事件，将重点进行突出，做到详略得当。第三层级：讲一个好故事，在内容和细节填充完整后，需要进行语言上的润色，语言要真挚而流畅，但切忌过度包装，我们的目的是让故事更完美而不是让具体的句子写得很漂亮。

　一、官方网站中有明确的字数要求
